I have designed a “Bringing out the Dancing With the Stars Champion in You” Workout!
1. Standing Front High Kicks: Keep your back elongated & straight, abs pulled up & in tight, arms elongated out to the side, kick to the front has high as you can, making sure your toe is pointed, knees are not bent but elongated!
Muscles this movement works: Glutes, Hamstrings (back of the legs), Quads (front of the legs), Abs especially the lower
Reps: Perform 30 seconds per leg!
2. Standing Side Kicks: Keep your back elongated & straight, abs pulled up & in tight, arms elongated out to the side, kick to the side has high as you can, making sure your toe is pointed, knees are not bent but elongated! You want to make sure your hips are square and you are kicking directly the side, hitting the side of the waist line & sculpting the legs!
Muscles this movement works: Glutes, Hamstrings (back of the legs), Quads (front of the legs), Abs, side of the waistline Reps: Perform 30 seconds per leg!

3. Standing Back High Kicks: Keep your back elongated & straight, abs pulled up & in tight, arms elongated out to the side, kick to the back has high as you can, making sure your toe is pointed, knees are not bent but elongated & keeping your back straight, hips square facing front.
4. Shawn Rene Leg , Booty, Ab Blasting 007 Fendalope’ – You being this movement with your back straight, abs pulled in tight, holding on to a wall, chair or ballet bar/bench bar. With your toe pointed, angle your leg in to your body in a sweeping motion (engaging your inner thigh muscles), then smootly kick your leg out to the side (engaging our vastus lateralis muscle on the outside of the leg), then bringing the leg in towards the chest (engaging the abs) and explosively kick to the back (squeezing the glutes). Making sure to keep your knees straight, abs tight pulled up, back straight and toes pointed.
